Schweinshaxe - Rheinblick’s take on the German favorite is a locally sourced (Bostrom Farm Market) Ham Hock (Pork Knuckle).  Skin off, it is slow oven roasted and basted in German beer.  Served on Sauerkraut and Mashed Potatoes. - 27


Sunday

Rouladen - Oma’s Spezialität! This is tenderized beef filled with a mustard, pickle and bacon filling that is then rolled up and oven roasted. The drippings are made into a delicious gravy to top it all. Served with Spätzle and Red Cabbage. - 27
