A Traditional German Bratwurst, a smoked Hungarian Bratwurst and a Knackwurst with a bell pepper Zigeuner sauce, served with hand-cut French Fries

Three smoked Bratwurst (German, Hungarian and Kielbasa) served with homemade mashed potatoes and sauerkraut
 
The Madrid
Two Chorizo, open-faced, with sliced Apples in an Applekorn reduction and covered with melted Brie. Served with homemade mashed potatoes and red cabbage

Two German Brats served open-faced, covered with a caramelized onion, cream and Düsseldorfer mustard sauce served with hand-cut French Fries
